Its location and views are amazing, great accessibility to the city without being too close! The facility’s were great and everyone enjoyed their rooms. Very nice area no rowdiness.

The group who stayed here while attending a training course locally were all very happy with the accommodation. Perfect location for the course and it had everything they needed. It was very easy to communicate with the host too.

"The property met our needs and we had a very enjoyable stay."

The location is very good, lovely views and and handy for the ferries to the Barbican. We liked the number of rooms to allow for a big family group to base here to meet with relatives in Plymouth and from Australia. The living room and main bedroom were especially comfortable.

We were a group of seven adults and found the kitchen tight for space although it was well equipped. A smaller but extendable table might solve this. Other bedrooms were not up to the standard of the main bedroom yet all adults contributed equally to the costs, for example the second double bedroom had no storage space at all.
