The stairs to the room were problematic, but staff was very helpful carrying by heavy suitcase.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alley Rooms. The furniture and equipment were quite new. Some users have mentioned noise as a negative, but I didn't experience any such problems. When I closed the windows, the outside noise was almost inaudible. The staff at the cafe downstairs were extremely helpful and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me. I will definitely come back.

The only negative I can say is that I couldn't use the Wi-Fi even though I was connected.
