Saya tempah homestay ne utk 4 hari 3 mlm, hari khamis cek in, Jumaat petang tiba2 d wasap suda di suru checkout pada hari sabtu sb alasan owner kena pergi outstation dan x dpt kemas, dan janji nak cari hotel tp bila sy call langsung x d sambut, alasan tengah driving.. padahal bole sja cari org lain upah utk bersihkan homestay, siap offer nak carikn hotel pla, tp d call x jawab.. sy sida la dtg sna urusan rasmi dan xda masa utk cek out hari sabtu sb hari sabtu ada program Jabatan, angkut anak bini lg, transport cuma 1, dtg dari jauh lg., sy tpaksa cari hotel sendiri dgn wasap x bbalas, cek in dr 26hb.. then janji nak bg refund, sy wasap 4july, owner ckp before 5pm dpt refund.. stiap hari sy tanya, ada masa cpt seen, ada masa langsung x seen.. bayangkn mula2 janji bg sparuh refund, boleh pla ckp xjd bg sparuh refund sb rugi dia x dpt guest, mmg la x dpt guest sb sy da booking homestay smpi ahad tp sy d suru kluar sabtu padahal sy dtg bsama family utk urusan kerja.. last2 hari ini 12july bru dpt refund itu pun Rm100 ja 🙄.. bfikir la kmu mau tempah sini..
