MYMYMYMYMYMYMYMYMYMYI’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 10 times within 2 years (2022-2024) for visiting my daughter at boarding school. The hotel location is about 7-10 mins to the KB city point. The rooms are clean. The staffs are polite and attentive. Never i get answer NO for anything that i need while staying here such as extra mineral water/pillow/towel/vacuming dust at the window and etc. The check in process is fast. They even allowed me to check in early as early as 11am without extra charges due to long journey from KL and reach Kota Bharu usually in the morning. They also allowed me to check in very late at 11.30 pm at night sometimes. Very high emphatic and tolerance to the guests’ situation. The parking lots were usually sufficient and convenient yet free of charges at their own compound just infront of the hotel main entrance. For additional information, they only provide shower cream for the toiletries but it is not a big issue to me. So i would suggest guest to bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste if you plan to stay here. However the water pressure is high and satisfying. I would definitely choose this hotel as my first choice for evertime coming to Kota Bharu .
