its a great value caravan in a decent location

we had bugs this visit that were bothersome and sometimes bit people, this particular van had poor heating but previous vans have been ok

So peacefull on site near to beach entertainment.

Nice clean caravan site.

That you cannot get into the caravan until 4 in the afternoon but you have to be out for 10 in the morning.

Early access was made available. They phoned to say caravan was ready early. Caravan was easy to find and parking was good. Caravan was clean with very good electric fire for warmth in the evening

Caravan did not have a table in the lounge area to put cups etc on when watching TV. The TV was not a smart tv. Internet had to be paid for from a third party provider at a cost of £5 for 24 hours which I think is expensive. I didn't pay for longer as only stayed 2 nights. I spent over an hour trying to pay but got error messages. The company were only available to contact between 5.00pm and 8.00 am. When I did get through there was an error on their system which they were not aware of. We were told not to park on grass but most people did. Why was the rule not enforced?

Tavern pub on site was very friendly and food was very nice and reasonable priced. Office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a few issues with the water in the caravan the hot water kept cutting out when you showered, but other than that everything else was good.
