Very quiet,the van is in a perfect location being less than a mile from the centre of Mablethorpe with a local corner shop just off site if needed

"Our stay would have been more pleasant without the horrible smell of cigarettes"

The caravan okay

The caravan had a no smoking sign on the van window, but as soon as we opened the door the caravan stunk of cigarettes , we could smell cigarettes on our clothes and things even when we got home, we had 5 children with us the youngest being 10 months old

The tavern, expensive, dont do breakfast and when we walked in, it was a owners meeting so we got directed to the door, trust me i want be buying their if thats how you get treated

"Nice gem of a caravan"

Caravan clean and tidy. Everything we needed. Would have been nice to highlight there was no bedding covers ( I know seasoned caravaners would maybe know this, but we weren't, maybe a line saying you can hire covers from site check-in would be useful) , that you need to purchase it. Heating in caravan, which was needed a bit, even though it was July! Easy check in. Overall lovely. Bed comfy, shower hot and powerful enough. Would use again if in area

Site bar didn't serve food everyday, no mention on the Tavern website. Parking outside caravan was ok, but if it rained anymore it would have been helpful like the neighbours, for some plastic parking, just for grip. Others had it.
