Nothing we didn't like, but lack of wardrobe space if I had to find a fault, but not an issue for us.
GBA very attractive, comfortable and clean studio, with everything we could need for our breakfast. There is a private patio, where we enjoyed eating our breakfast.
It was necessary to do a little bit of washing up after our excellent continental breakfasts, but doing so required a bit of improvisation as the only basin was in the bathroom.
GBLocation was excellent, easy to find. Self contained with facilities for making a hot drink, kettle and coffee maker. Also microwave and fridge. Nice shower and lovely bed.

GBEverything we wanted for a two day stay visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Frant nearby. It was dog-friendly too. It was very clean and comfortable and continental breakfast supplied was amazing- Amelia thought of everything!

GBThe breakfast basket and fridge had everything fresh we needed for two mornings continental style. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The ensuite was lovely and modern. The décor overall was very tasteful. Quiet location. Amelia was communicative with information the day before we arrived which was reassuring.
Meadow View is in the countryside up a narrow lane, which is fine once you know where you're going. Unfortunately we arrived in the evening of a wet day and in the dark. This made it difficult to see where Meadow View was. Maybe clearer signage would be very helpful. Only just room to move the car out of the parking spot. Had to ring the owner to ascertain if we were in the right place!
AUIt was spacious, clean and quite modern. Self contained with plenty of food and drink for breakfast. In a lovely quiet location.
GBRoom beautiful as shown in pictures on booking.com and very comfy bed. Private area with table and chairs outside. Very peaceful setting in countryside. Lovely shower, towels and toiletries in bathroom.
Parking is a short drive up a rough narrow track with little space to turn car round. No wardrobe was a problem for 3 night stay. Booking.com description of “all guest rooms in the guest house” is clearly inaccurate as there is one room detached from the house. From the information I also expected a B&B but the accommodation is self catering with toaster, bread, jam, butter, milk and orange juice supplied to make your own breakfast. The owner was available to replenish stocks on request. These points however were more than made up for by the overall experience.
USAre the gardens were beautiful. The room was spacious and super clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Amelia graciously brought us more coffee to go with the toast and English jams.
