Stay was good but room was not upto the mark

Great staff always very helpful specially Ayla and Roger

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very decently sized, the bathrooms and the rooms were neat and clean and the bedding was firm - their double bedsheets are king-size making our sleep very comfortable. Decent wifi. We had mineral water given everyday into our rooms and the staff across the board from the reception to the bell boys to the restaurant were very service oriented. The location is quite good - good restaurants and shopping options within walking distance and a rickshaw stand right outside. They helped me find suitable transport as well. I generally thought service orientation was excellent and I hope they never lose that quality

I would recommend thay add a fan into the rooms as the size of the rooms and the heat means it takes some time to cool - I can't really complain though. Also, maybe a choice for me to watch my Netflix or other providers on their TV.
