We had a brilliant stay at Ivan’s apartment. From the very beginning, communication was great. While we had a slight confusion with our initial booking, Ivan was incredibly proactive and professional in solving all of our issues quickly to ensure our group was comfortable during our stay in Belgrade. The apartment itself was perfect for our group of friends. The layout worked well and we never felt "packed" in. The location is absolutely ideal. It’s well-located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The place was spotless when we arrived and the apartment is very well-equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. If you are looking for a stress-free stay with a host who truly cares about his guests, I highly recommend Ivan’s places. We would definitely stay here again!

La ubicación es top y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario

房间空间很大，床铺很多，足够满足每个人的需求，床垫也很舒服。房东很热情，在路口迎接我们，帮我们提行李，还带我们去停车。

Excellent place for a group, we were 9 people and it was comfortable. Clean, beds are nice and you have everything you will need. Location is great as well, the host was available at any time for any help.
