Great facilities, comfortable, quiet and good location.

Well presented

We did not have a signal for the TV so we only had Netflix. Which was ok for us. It would be good to have a small table and lamp on each side of the bed instead of just on one side.

the living area is a bit small not spacious enough

The facilities are excellent, with everything you need. Part way through my stay I had a problem with the lock and Snuz sent someone out very quickly. I also had a problem on arrival. It was dark and as I entered the property and stepped forward to switch on the lights, I fell down a step which is just inside the door. Snuz Living say that in future they will tell the cleaners to leave the hall light on.

There was a bit of noise from the people staying in the adjacent property, but that wouldn't always be a factor as the people concerned aren't permanent residents. I also felt there were too many emails (I got about 6) telling me the house rules in advance of my stay - one is enough...
