The privacy and the property itself. Spacious, well decorated, in a convenient location and the caretaker was genuinely helpful and friendly.

The fact that I won't be able to book it again as often as I'd hoped due to continuous bookings from other guests.

We had the pleasure of staying at the guesthouse during my recent trip to Sri Lanka, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the owner, Roshan, made me feel right at home. He was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with any questions we had about the area. He went above and beyond as a host, even dropped off a Sri Lankan breakfast on my partners birthday! The guesthouse itself is beautifully maintained, with a charming ambiance that perfectly complements the surroundings. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with very effective air conditioning, which was a true blessing given the tropical heat. We slept wonderfully and appreciated the serene environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped kitchen. It was fantastic to have the option to prepare my own meals when we wanted to, especially after a day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed and made me feel more at home. Overall, the villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Thank you, Roshan, for making our stay in Weligama so memorable! We can’t wait to return!

The downstairs room didn’t get much natural light, but upstairs was perfect.

This is our second time staying at the villa because it’s so nice. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and we have everything we need to cook and more, the ac in the room is amazing, and the whole living space is really clean. It’s 5 rooms in a 3 floor house and there are kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor, and there’s an also a nice rooftop and balconies that you can use, and two washing machines. Also the location is in a very safe neighbourhood, maybe like a 10/15 min walk from the main part of the beach and all the shops. And Roshan is such a good host! He makes sure you have everything you need and is always available if you have any questions.
