UAWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – only a 5-minute walk from the beach and right on the main street of Faliraki, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any request. A special mention goes to the breakfast. The food was always fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options every morning, including fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, and many other choices. No matter what time we came for breakfast, everything was regularly replenished and nothing was ever missing. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests, always making sure everyone felt welcome, comfortable, and well looked after.
The only downside was the noise in the evenings due to the nearby bars and karaoke venues. However, if you enjoy the lively atmosphere of a holiday resort, this may not be a problem at all.

IEThe reception staff were amazing, so sweet and friendly and available 24 hours for anything. The location is very good, a stones throw from bar street without the loud noise through the night. Bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioner was very powerful. Repairs are clearly done quickly as someone came early in the day to sort the shower which was cold on arrival but soon warmed up. The room was basic but nice, and the balcony was very nice and felt private. Would likely stay again without the breakfast option.
The room wasn't properly cleaned when I arrived. There was hair round the drain in the bathroom and there was a pair of shoes that the receptionist found in the wardrobe and kindly took away. Breakfast looked mediocre at best so we didn't have any. Also on arrival the shower was cold but after a few hours it had warmed up, and someone came to repair it the next morning after reporting it.
