Struttura senza ascensore, molto spesso alla reception non trovavamo nessuno

Ubytování v centru dění, ale zároveň klid.

Location and Irene

The greeting from the general manager was ice cold and rude. On arrival check in he said come back at 4pm. I did come back at 4PM and waited while there were no staff around until 5pm. My toilet in my room did not flush properly on the first day. I reported it to the general manager and he said it will be repaired in the morning. That morning never came and i had NO PROPER FLUSHING TOILET for 8 days.

Jó volt a reggeli, a kilátás a teraszról. Központi az elhelyezkedés. Ingyenes parkolási lehetőség a parthoz közel, vagy a templom mögötti parkolóban pár perc sétára

A törölközőket csak egyszer cserélték 5 nap alatt, az ágyneműt egyszer sem. Az ajtók nagyon hangosan csapódnak és ez behallatszik a szobákba. Nem mindig volt meleg víz

Ottima posizione

the location is good if you you want easy access to everything including the beach. It's only 5 min walk.

the mattress is soft, the pillows are too high. I had to use a towel as a pillow. Also there is no lift. Could be an issue if you have luggage. Also, this place is not for light sleepers. The music at the neighbuoring bars continue till 2-3 am at least and it's daylight inside as soon as sun comes out. The reason being is the bathroom door which is a see-through glass that lets all the light in.

Debido a un inconveniente de instaciones me ubicaron en una habitación de un hotel vecino,que me trataron muy bien,y para compensar el cambio recibí 2 vales para cenar espectacularmente

staff accogliente e disponibile composto da Irena e Cirillo. Posizione centralissima.

Un grazie speciale a Cirillo, receptionist gentilissimo, educato e sempre disponibile: davvero da 5 stelle. Complimenti anche a Irena, che con grande professionalità ha risolto tutte le nostre problematiche con gentilezza e pazienza. Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva in alcuni aspetti : asciugamani cambiati solo una volta in 7 giorni, con continui solleciti; asciugacapelli difettoso che ha causato un corto circuito e un’ora senza corrente; stanza non pulita l’ultimo giorno con cestino pieno e bottiglie lasciate a terra; inoltre polvere sotto al letto, colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità, water malfunzionante e persino mancava una staffa al letto, lenzuola cambiate due volte ma sempre con macchie gialle su letto e cuscini. Posizione ottima vicino al mare e a Rodi Old Town, ma senza Cirillo e Irena (vera forza dell’hotel) sarebbe stato un soggiorno da 2 stelle. Ancora grazie a Cirillo e Irena per la loro gentilezza impeccabile.

Era pulita

Staff assente. Non spiegano nulla la notte urli ala reception fino a tarda notte. Pagato camera deluxe mi sono trovato in camera piano terra con il terrazzo diviso con 1 altra camera. Di fronte 1 muro.
