Just improve on your packed breakfast offerings otherwise everything else is good

The place has a beautiful sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The location is a bit far from restaurants and convenience stores, so it’s better to bring what you need before arriving. Wi-Fi connection could be improved as well.

Our stay at this hotel was really nice! The place was clean and cozy, and I highly recommend booking a sea view room, the view is absolutely amazing. The service was good and the staff were accommodating. The buffet was absolutely fantastic 💯 Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a stunning ocean view.

One minor issue was that our outdoor lock was broken, even when locked, the door could still be opened just by pushing it. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but something to be aware of. Also, if you don’t have your own service vehicle, be ready for a bit of a walk to get there. That said, the ambiance along the way was beautiful, so we actually enjoyed the walk.

Quiet location with great ocean views

Difficult to get to at the end of the Peninsula of Punta Engano

It was clean.

The hotel looks much older in real life than in the photos. Shuttle bus to the city wasn't working the 2 days we were there. Breakfast was very limited. The plastic lounge chairs in the swimming pool are definitely ready for the rubbish bins. Please get new ones. The fabric cover on top of the cabinets in our room has frayed. Rather than replacing it, the hotel decided to use towels to cover it. Not great. When there are so many other hotels nearby, charging just a little bit more, I'd rather stay elsewhere next time

The sea view is amazing!! We can see sunrise just in bed 🥰🥰🥰😍 it would be nice if there is also hot shower in bathing room next to pool!

The toilet cover is old na and dirty, it should be replaced. Some of the benches at the pool are broken.
