Everything was perfect
AUThe building looks a little rough from the exterior but you will be pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean interior. Finally a decent lounge to sit upon. A pleasant walk to the old town or lots of other cafes and restaurants nearby. Can recommend.

SGLocation is convenient walk to old town with free parking. Apartment decor is modern and warm. There is a separate toilet apart from a bathroom. Host is very communicative and self check in and check out is convenient and straightforward.
The room with double bed does not have aircon. Though it was not a big problem to me since weather is nice during my visit so we enjoyed the natural aircon with open windows.

There is no AC in the masterbedroom, only in the small bedroom. The fan was indicated to be present but there was no fan so the masterbedroom cannot cool down enough when it is very hot weather. The neighbourhood is not very cosy. Lots of wild cats and smelly bins.
GBLovely apartment, clean modern and well equipped. Wifi is good and there is a Smart TV, which is a nice touch. Felt safe and secure. There's a nail bar below it where quite a lot of people gather in the evenings, but they were all very polite and friendly and events didn't run on late.
