Perfect location - walking distance to the shops and enough parking for a couple of cars. Easy check in process. Quick responses from the owner :)
The check out time said 11am when we booked. We were then told the day of arrival that check out was at 10am. We were then told we could check out at 11am but for an additional charge. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly and there wasn't enough towels for everyone. When I mentioned this, we did receive a free late check out as a gesture of goodwill. The kitchen also wasn't very well equipped, there were no tea towels and not enough cutlery for everyone to eat (only 2 forks) when we booked for 5 of us. All minor things that could be improved :)
