Seaty Luxury apartment

Awesome location - beach is within 1 minute of walking and can be seen from the terrace. Covered parking spot is very useful. The terrace is also cool for eating takeouts or self-cooked meals. The property is quite big, including the bathroom and the bedroom. There is a washing machine and the detergent for it which is super helpful if you stay for a while. Coffee machine makes a great coffee, and the fridge is huge. Overall I've enjoyed my stay a lot and would be happy to stay here again in the future

El piso de la ducha resbalaba y salpica agua fuera, se podía poner cortina. Las luces molestan si duermes en el sofá cama.

Giannis was the best host possible. Making sure everything was perfect and when there was an unexpected issue completely out of his control he was amazing at sorting it all out. The apartment exceeded all my expectations. Which all added up to a brilliant holiday.

- Tres propre! -bien equipé surtout avec la laveuse, tu n'as pas besoin de retourner chez toi avec un tas de linge a faire! - 2 mn de la plage tres bien situé autour de tout - Giannis, etait tres aimable et serviable ! Il repondait toujours a nos questions via whatsapp. - check in facile et independant. -espace de garage disponible , on considere cela une option precieuse vue manque de places de stationnement - Merci Giannis pour l'excellent service!

- au debut on ne savait pas comment faire fonctionner la cuisinière, il faut mettre le pot dessus pour qu'elle s'allume c'est different de ce qu'on a chez nous mais Giannis nous a donné l'aide tout de suite.

Let me start with the most important thing: the host of this apartment is simply a golden person! His kindness, courtesy, and constant availability deserve the highest praise. He was always ready to help and provide valuable advice, suggesting what to see and where to eat well. It's thanks to him that this stay was so exceptional. You'd have to search high and low to find hosts like him in my country! I'm incredibly happy with my stay in Chania, and this apartment simply delighted me. It's a real gem, with a great location, luxurious furnishings, and a super host to top it off. The location is undoubtedly the biggest plus. Close to the charming Old Town and not far from the sea – it's an ideal base for exploring Chania. The views from the two balconies on the fourth floor are amazing – mountains on one side, and the sea on the other. You can enjoy them at any time of day. The apartment itself is simply comfort and elegance in one. It has everything you could wish for – from kitchen appliances to modern electronics, including internet, TVs, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. You could easily live here permanently and enjoy every day. An added bonus is the included parking space, which is worth its weight in gold in such a popular place. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet everything is close by. At the end of our stay, we even received regional delicacies, raki, and honey, which was a very nice touch. Communication with him was always seamless, and he responded to messages immediately. He's a very friendly, conscientious, and helpful person. Honestly, I couldn't have picked a better place in Chania. I'm very satisfied with this stay, and if I ever return to this charming city, I'll definitely choose the same apartment without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable vacation in luxurious conditions and have the support of a super host.

Excellent location, top floor with A/C elevator, big terrace with dining table for six persons, space in apartment, good AirCon, parking space, all mod cons.

A friendly and trustworthy host. We received great tips and felt very well taken care of. The apartment had absolutely everything one could need in any situation. Examples include even the smallest details such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, napkins, salt, and pepper.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, 4th floor, light filled, lift served apartment with 2 terraces, one of which had a lovely sea view, was very comfortably furnished and had a full width retractable awning. Brilliantly efficient air con. Premium appliances (Miele / Liebherr) including a washing machine, Illy coffee machine and Netflix . Giannis ,the host, was the best communicator we have ever experienced, very thoughtful , generous and kind. He arranged our flawless transport to and from the airport. Superb location - 50metres from a wonderful clean beach and very close to several excellent restaurants and supermarkets. A fantastic local bakery was less than 100m away.

The apartment is spacious, well ecquipped and have a beautiful view. Our host was exceptionally helpful.
