The room was clean and modern. I was able to check in earlier so it was good! The owner seems nice / friendly.

Extremely noisy all night from a bar next door. You can’t sleep. It’s noisy in general, you can listen to the other room too, and when they open/ close the doors. The breakfast was poor. See pictures. 1 Croissant and coffee. There are no options. the “breakfast” is in a shop next to the accommodation. No name outside the building so you will get “ lost “ for a bit. It’s not a hotel so no reception, no hotel infrastructure. Not enough light, the pictures look fancy but you can’t see anything at night. There are no windows or doors that open if you want to refresh the air.
