Ampia e moderna, piuttosto eccentrica. Molto comoda negli spazi. La scala di accesso un po’ ripida e stretta . Cordiale e gentile il proprietario. La zona circostante ottima per cenare

Non posso dire nulla di negativo. Il parcheggio pubblico è vicino ma ho paura che talvolta si rischi di trovarlo saturo. Parcheggiare altrove non pare facile

Wat een fantastisch appartement, mijn kinderen vonden dit supercool en wij ook wel❤️ Het was heel ruim binnen , goed afgekoeld, grote keuken die we nooit gebruikt hebben😀 want er zijn veel leuke betaalbare restaurantjes Beneden of in de buurt en een mooi groot rond bed, de verlichting top, alles heel proper onderhouden, heel goed ontvangen geweest door claudio.....fantastische 2 dagen beleefd

Steel House è proprio quella dell'annuncio. Un appartamento bellissimo, arredato con gusto. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Livorno, con i suoi canali e i viottoli pieni di locali. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e ideale anche per soggiorni più lunghi...i letti sono comodissimi. Altro punto di forza è sicuramente la pulizia. Claudio è un host davvero eccezionale e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato nel migliore dei modi. L'appartamento si trova in area pedonale, ma c'è un parcheggio comodissimo a 2 minuti a piedi (STP parcheggi).

Very friendly host and great location right near some amazing restaurants

Exceptionally , newly designed, spacious, modern, highly secure apartment in fantastic location overlooking a canal of the ‘New Venice’ . High ceilings and opening of ‘European’ shutters for fresh air and view was a highligt. The host actually greeted us at the door on arrival!! He was swift and thorough with communication on any issue. They responded immediately. Friendly but not intrusive. Fresh coffee , 6 large bottles of mineral water and an excellent bottle of Italian Red wine greeted us. Bed is romantically unique and excellently comfortable.

The host is an amazing guy, very friendly and has great tips for what to do or where to go in Livorno.

Carlos is very helpful and kind host! He helped us find our sons bag with his passport that he forgot in the taxi! Carlos took many phone calls and we got it back after half an hour - A miracle! Spacious and modern and clean apartment.

Would like more comfy chairs or a sofa by the TV :)
