PTAn almost ideal location in the city center for a family. There are shops (Rimi), cafes, and coffee shops nearby, and the entire city center is within walking distance. The apartment has everything a guest needs - amenities, TV, refrigerator, tea and coffee, and so on. The check-in and check-out process is convenient and comfortable. Definitely the best place for a family trip to Riga.

ESEl dueño vive en la puerta de al lado y fue súper amable y atento. La escalera y la fachada del edificio es antigua pero el piso está totalmente reformado y tiene todas las comodidades. También tiene parking

L'accueil a été très moyen. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance : nous aurions aimé mettre la voiture dans le parking fermé et gratuit. Nous ne demandions pas à accéder à l'appartement. La propriétaire n'a pas du comprendre notre demande . Ne pas se fier ni au bâtiment ni à l'escalier, qui sont dans un triste état : l'appartement réserve une belle surprise, est très propre et confortable. Il manque toutefois une table et des chaises dans la pièce principale.

BGThe location was great - in the city center, with a private parking inside a gated yard. The owner was heplful, allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier, accomodated us with our dog, spoke good English, so it was easy to communicate. Apartment was renovated, bed was comfortable, all furniture was new and even colour-matched, big boiler (which is very uncommon these days), toiltries were available, bathroom was also renovated and modern.
The building is very old and even creepy. The coridors were dusty, dirty, with lots of junk, stuffed in the staircase. There is a sign that they are striving to improve and a renovation of the common areas is upcomming shortly (don't know for how long has the sign been there), but they could have at least cleaned it up, swept it and mopped the staircase - it doesn't take much, other than good will.
