The location is excellent, just next to the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, and a shopping street. The staff is very helpful.

Without an elevator, I have to walk to level 3, which might be inconvenient for people with mobility issues, and there have been water problems, including no water available after 8 pm on some nights.

Σχεδόν ποτέ πίεση στο νερό με το ζόρι να πλύνεις το πρόσωπο σου, πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα με ένα μπαλκόνι όπου χωρούσε με το ζόρι 2 άτομα, το καπάκι της λεκάνης στο μπάνιο ήταν μικρότερο από την βάση του, δωμάτιο χωρίς κουζινάκι ούτε μια βρύση εκτός από αυτή του μπάνιου που δεν έτρεχε και ποτέ νερό.

Good location and nicely renovated old stone house on Romeiko beach.

Room offered was well beyond our expectation and common standards, a tiny sector of a room below 10 sqm area; looking over a dirty porch and the backside of other buildings, extremely claustrophobic and noisy at all times due to neighbors’ a/c and other kitchen ventilation machines; very hot as it had no open facade. We were openly misled by the pictures of rooms with front street and seaview, much more airy and larger in size, to which we demanded an upgrade thru paying the price difference after the first torturous night; but were turned down by the highly amateur and uncooperative receptionist Angelos. Never again and beware of false introductions on website.

Καθαριότητα. Τοποθεσία με υπέρ και κατά (κεντρικό σημείο, θέα θάλασσα στον Ρωμέικο Γιαλό, αλλά δίπλα στα πιο πολυσύχναστα νυχτερινά μαγαζιά με φασαρία- ταβέρνα, ΙΣΑΛΟΣ, Καραγκιόζης). Σχετικά άνετο μπάνιο

Καλοκαιρινό κατάλυμα χωρίς καμία δυνατότητα απλώματος- χωρίς μπαλκόνι. Περιορισμένο πάρκινγκ. Ροή νερού για 4 μέρες υποτυπώδης (μας ενημέρωσαν ότι έτσι ήταν όλο το νησί, αλλά το τσεκάραμε και δεν ήταν έτσι). Χωρίς safety box. Χωρίς ικανοποιητική σκίαση για το πρωί. Ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση. Μερικώς ανακαινισμένο, αλλά με αρκετά πράγματα χαμηλής ποιότητας. Γενικά: πληρώσαμε 807€ για 6 νύχτες και δεν άξιζε ούτε για τα μισά
