near to the temple

The staff should be little courteous to outsiders, especially to elder couples. I booked this stay for my parents based on reviews and that it was near to the temple. Even though my parents reached their by 10 am they were given rooms at 2 pm. even though the checkin was at 12 pm. They were not even allowed to freshen up. The next day, they were forced to checkout room by 10 am. The manager doesn't know any language except malayalam. My parents were even scammed for paying more than the billed amount. My parents are generally accommodating and don't complain much, but they just wanted to just leave the room based on how the manager treated them. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
