I rate the property considering the condition of the washroom, which is absolutely neat,clean and hygienic. Sufficient toilet kits are there alongwith sufficient Tea/ Coffee arrangements. The room is quite specious having sufficient plug points and drawers. There is no background chaos around the hotel. Wifi is really speedy. You can scroll any channel in the TV. Food quality is excellent and the varieties of complimentary breakfast can compete with any 5 star hotel. Staffs are gentle, who respond as fast as their best. My overall experience is the property is not only excellent to board but super value for the money. My thanks to all the service persons of the hotel.

Transportation at 11 pm is bit hard to get.

The cigar smell from other rooms all day n night..and noise around the rooms in the late night

We stayed there with family, in transit to North bengal. The room was clean and elegant. We reached quite late, had pre ordered our dinner and that was kept ready for us. The check in was smooth and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was very healthy and had a huge variety of tasty food. With customised options for children available. We would love to stay again.
