Super accueil avec café, petits gâteaux vin et Chacha maison ! Chambre calme, vaste avec literie confortable. Système de douche pour le moins original mais qui fonctionne. Petit déjeuner typique. Tarifs dérisoires ce qui fait que nous avons arrondi.

Этот гостевой дом - теперь наш любимый в городе Кутаиси! Останавливались уже второй раз. Такого гостеприимства, душевности и радушия мы не встречали за 2,5г. Уютные номера, удобные кровати и подушки, чистейшее белье и полотенца. Совсем рядом с центром, но при этом полнейшая тишина. И вас здесь обязательно накормят вкуснейшей грузинской кухней! И напоят хорошим вином! Если вы хотите ощутить настоящее грузинское гостеприимство - то вам точно сюда!Расставались с Зазой настоящими друзьями ❤️

I proprietari sono davvero molto accoglienti, ti fanno sentire parte della famiglia. La colazione è molto buona, i padroni di casa super disponibili. Mi dato l'opportunità di fare anche delle escursioni con loro. È un'esperienza autentica per apprezzare l'ospitalità dei georgiani. Mi sono sentita a casa!! La stanza è molto grande e luminosa il bagno è piccolo ma completo.

Non c'e nulla Zaza e sua moglie sono davvero splendidi. È un alloggio familiare, non adatto a chi cerca il lusso, ma c'è proprio tutto.

We had a great stay in Lighthouse. Zaza is a great host and he was the first person who we met in Georgia. Our flight arrived midnight and Zaza was there to meet is and drove to his guesthouse. When he understood that I want to get some lari, he stopped in the city center and helped me change money in the best exchange office. After we were set in the room, Zaza offered his Chacha for welcome :) The guesthouse room was great for family of 4, comfy beds, calm area, 10-15 minutes by foot walk to the city center. Zaza's family is very welcoming, his wife was doing nice breakfast for us, his son was helping parking the car. Our children adored their dog, and it was very difficult for them to leave Zaza's place. Basically we felt like coming to visit old friends - and this is exactly what we were looking for in Georgia! Thank you very much Zaza for this great experience!

Everything was great!. Maybe worth mentioning that room is on the second floor - so just take it into account if you have potentially difficulty with stairs. For us it was no problem at all.

Almost everything was fine except bathroom sealing.

The bathrom sealing of that particular room is not for tall guests.

Bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz, za niewielką opłata oferuje transfer z lotniska, na powitanie poczęstował nas kieliszeczkiem i kawą.

Wszystko super :D Polecam z całego serca obiekt Light House !! Właściciele bardzo gościnni ludzie, super kontakt z Nimi pomocni możliwość organizacji wycieczek. Wszelkie wskazówki dotyczące miejsc do zwiedzania. Oraz doradztwo w cenach lokalnych co polecam rozeznać w tym kraju :)
