Agora Premium Apartments Ioannina

- The accomodation is right in the city centre, close to everything and a few minutes walk from the lake of Ioannina. - It's also new, modern and quiet and has a nice big shower with amazing water pressure

- The room was pretty humid and we had to keep a window open at least a few hours in the day. - We were there for four days and no one came to clean, refill shower gel etc bottles or change sheets at any point. We took some extra supplies from the cleaner that happened to be there one day. Also took our own garbage out

The apartment is spanking new with great decor. Very tasteful. Our host was delightful. The bed was comfortable and bathroom great. You cannot beat the location as it is slap in the middle of the trendy cobbled streets of the old town, close to bars and restaurants. My only problem was that we were too tall men and there was very little room 'to swing a cat!' I gashed my leg on the sharp corner of the bed. (Needs foam padding on it) and we were both squeezing by the staircase to the mezzanine. However, this place is fantastic!! Recommended.

We enjoyed the stay at this room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is right in the city centre close to everything, so no need to take the car. The beds were very comfortable!

My only concern was that the host asked us to pay again through a bank transfer so we had to pay extra the amount of the bank exchange which is not fair.

The hostess was very rude uneducated and not welcoming at all. The lights went out at 2am and by 5am we were without lights, just our room. Normally, the air conditioner was not working and it was terribly hot. When I told her about the problem with the lights, she replied that there was nothing she could do and that it was general. When I asked her to open the cameras and verify that it was just our room, she behaved terribly, screaming after I told her that I would give my rating on the booking. I will never go back to that hotel, it was my worst experience.
