ZALocation was perfect it was quiet but yet still central braai would work well in summer when it is not raining as the riempie cover is not covered, so rain will get through
The toilet made a noise after flushing and you had to lift the flush chain up all the time. The bathroom door and main bedroom window could not close shut so there was a draft. There were no rugs or mats in the living/dining area, which made the area cold as it was tiled. Front door hard to open.
