The location, communication and facilities were excellent. The garden was lovely, and the beds and sofas very comfortable.

There was only one loo roll, and barely any washing up liquid left, and I couldn’t see a dustpan. These are all minor quibbles though.

Excellent location for walking into town and for nearby golf courses which was the purpose of the trip. Quiet area and reserved parking space across from the property which was ideal.

Slight smell of dog in front room but didn’t spoil the stay and would book again if in the area. Just to be aware of if any allergies.

The property is exactly as described in a small cul-de-sac around the corner from the Williams Arms pub. It was exceptionally clean and almost felt like everything was brand new. Lovely bedding and a kitchen with everything. The garden is fully enclosed and had a nice picnic table and an apple tree to eat from. We took the dog for a walk around the corner and found a corn field with a little stream and a rope swing. We ate at Heanton Court, a few mins drive away, walked on the Tarka Trail, went to Saunton Sands and the kids walked to the Braunton bike track.

Excellent house, beautifully presented, very convenient for us. A good price. Excellent kitchen.
