"Most uncomfortable stay"

Nothing whatsoever

Although I changed the room in between but still Room was not comfortable, Bathroom dirty, Fans most dirty, AC not working properly, discourteous staff, Driver of cab provided by them had very rough driving inspite of the fact we are senior citizens, Lots of noise ... On the whole it was very uncomfortable stay... Budget hotel does not mean that even basic comfort will not be provided. ,

The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to the temple. Many restaurants were located close by.

Room given initially had loads of cockroaches on ground floor. On request we were shifted to another room on 4th floor which is the top floor but there was no lift available. Washroom had no water pressure and hot water wasn't available either for bathing. Only two towels were provided even though we had booked a quadruple room. Caretaker/ Receptionist was bickering at first on all matters but relented on some things after persuasion. Hotel was supposed to have a restaurant as shown in the listing but it wasn't there. However, this did not trouble us much as Shirdi is pretty well stuffed with options.
