Not great ventilation in the rooms so can feel damp

AUSaul and his team’s hospitality was truly top-notch. Although the property itself did not meet my expectations, they made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The property is kind of located on the edge of the city, but we actually liked as it was quiet yet still within walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast was fine—though it would have been nicer if it varied each day, but it wasn’t a big deal.
Hot water! Cusco was very cold at night and in the early morning, and we never had enough hot water for showers. One day, we didn’t get any hot water at all—even at only 8 p.m.—despite having reported it to the staff.
