Everything was perfect, the location was great, short walk to the beach as well as to the center. The view from the balcony was beautiful Fully equipped kitchen Massimo is a great host who provided us with recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and bars. We cant wait to go back here :)

The Bed and Breakfast is close to the beautiful beach of Tropea. Also the centre and station are on close walk distance. There is a common kitchen with balcony and a very large terrace on the upside of the buildig. The room had a very nice view on the sea. A good bathroom. In the kitchen there was also a washing machine. They had a towel for the beach and umbrella for the beach in the room. Overall I would give a 9.3.

The room was a bit smaller as expected. The matras in the bed was a bit too flexible. I could not use the refrigaterator in the kitchen. On the room was an own refrigaterator but it made noice sometimes out of nowhere. Especially at night I woke up twice and decided to pull the tricker out it at night. There was a bit of sea smell in the room, compensated by an automatic parfum machine. There was no elevator in the building. For me no problem, but for some people it might.
