I would like yo así for a full refund, we got to the hotel and there was no one at the reception, then we got the room two hours later we had no internet, then the power went out, no aire conditioning, no fan, nothing, had to go to the reception no one was there, then I found the chef, he was kind enough to change our room this was at 10:30pm after that 4 hours more and power was out again this was at 2 am mosquitos everywhere no light no air conditioning, no light…. Calls reception no answer… al 7am wanted to shower, no water…. Called reception again a few times after 30 minutes changed my room… thin one had aire conditioning but no water still I wanted to get a good night sleep and a shower and I couldn’t get any of it May I get a full refund please?

USEverything from the beautiful views, delicious food, friendly staff, clean and cosy casitas, pickleball courts and pool. Overall ambience and peacefulness was just magical.
Casitas didn’t have fridges :( Pool was only 3ft deep :( Power outage first night due to battery overuse but used more conservatively next 2 nights
We came here with another couple for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. Friendly staff, amazing food, great amenities. We would definitely come back here.
Espacio único. Algunos problemas con la electricidad pero se entiende por la ubicación remota, nada que no se solucionara en minutos. Instalaxuonws de primera y el personal es maravilloso.

Fantastic property and panoramic beach views. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. However, it's a little far from the beach.
Fue un viaje de amigos. La idea era estar en la piscina, sin embargo al llegar al hotel nos percatamos que estaba sucia, los camastros estaban sucios con polvo y manchas. La comida del restaurante y sus bebidas muy ricas. Y la habitación muy linda, únicamente los productos de baño son muy malos, no de calidad para el precio que se está pagando. En general el punto es el mantenimiento y limpieza en la piscina y los pasillos.
