Very clean and cosy apartment. Perfect for families. During the stay it was only me and there were most of the facilities that i needed. Wifi and optical fibre internet are reliable and fast. There is a desk where you can sit properly and use a laptop or other devices. Maximum speed reached, was above 280 Mb/s. More than sufficient for UHD streaming on multiple devices. Airconditining is sufficient and provides cool environment during the summer. There is gas heating with large radiators that for sure will do perfect job during the winter months. The host is really nice and answered all my questions and gave me some recommendations too. There are multiple restaraunts around, fast food shops, bakeries and coffee shops. Windows are equiped with outside shutters and internal blinds, which creates totally dark environment for sleeping even during the day and prevents some of the heat to enter the propety. Strongly recommend staying at the property!

Nothing major. Just the street is busy and if you are with car you may need to wait or search spots in the nearby streets to park.

Πολύ εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτήτης και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Πολύ άνετο το διαμέρισμα

Poloha bytu v lokalitě, kde najdu místo k parkování a mám docela blízko do centra 15-20 minut chůze (na Aristotelovo náměstí). Byt odpovídá fotografiím. Respekt k tomu, kdo byt projektoval. Ložnice s manželskou postelí a pokoj se dvěma velkými postelemi. Obývací pokoj centrem setkání s velkou smart TV. Kuchyně s myčkou a pračkou, která šetří čas a energii jak návštěvě, tak majiteli. Tak si představuji ubytování, když někam přijedu, aniž bych musel řešit nějaké činnosti, na které nejsem zvyklý.

Jediný detail... tableta do myčky po příjezdu, než se udělá nákup. Jinak ostatního bylo dostatek.
