HOTEL RISTORANTE ANTICO GUERRIERO

Good hotel and great restaurant. Very sweet and kind staff. Good breakfast and great coffees. Room was clean with a great balcony and view.

The location is not that much accessible for those who don’t have a car. Staff didn’t speak English.

Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Cleaning staff excellent.

Hotel was locked with no answer when I arrived, had to go around the back and lucky a door was open so I could talk to someone. Owner immediately wanted me to pay for my 3 day stay without even saying hello or showing me the room, it all seemed an inconvenience to him. Eventually he reluctantly showed me the room, which to be fair, was very nice. The morning staff were just dreadful, lazy, dirty and couldn't be bothered to get off their phones or ask if you needed anything. No spoons, no milk, only pastries on show, coffee awful. Just terrible service. On the third day, when I said to the owner that I was ready to pay my bill, unbelievably he said "I've already taken it from your account" He'd taken it on my first evening without even telling me he'd done so. Definitely not recommended.
