"A NIGHTMARE"

This place is a disaster. No food when you arrive and no where to eat within walking distance. The place is freezing with only an electric heater to heat the room. No heating in the bathroom except the towel rail and no change of towels or room service over 3 nights. On my last night I went out to dinner as there is no food available in upper court and I arrived back at 10 o'clock to a locked door. Can you imagine being locked out when staying in a strange place on your own.

Everything. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They didn't believe I had paid for breakfast so I had to show emails as proof of payment. My breakfast was cooked by an elderly man in his 80's who didn't realise until the last minute he had to cook it. They locked me out at 10 pm at night and I couldn't get in until eventually someone passing by came to my assistance. DO NOT STAY HERE>
