Everything was above our expectation. Clean, comfy well equipped and privat I can only highlight approach of owner, as we mentioned that we are early birds, waking up at 5 am, she wake up everyday in advance to prepare Us fresh delicious breakfast before 5 am. We are greatful for that. I Can only recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying in Rosi's apartment during our recent trip, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Rosi was an exceptionally kind and hospitable host, always eager to assist us in any way she could. Her breakfasts were of the highest quality, consistently fresh and delicious. Almost every day, she even baked fresh pastries for us, which were an absolute delight! The apartment itself is modern, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We were particularly impressed with its tasteful decor and the impeccable cleanliness we found upon arrival. The photos on booking.com accurately reflect its appearance. The location of the building is incredibly convenient for those looking to explore the mountains or even take a trip to the seaside. A significant advantage is the presence of numerous restaurants and a Lidl market nearby. We are absolutely delighted with our stay and are deeply grateful to Rosi for her warmth and dedication to making our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Rosi. Casa Fullin is located on the outskirts of Belluno in a residential neighbourhood. The stylish apartment was recently renovated in a light modern style with several high-tech features and it is scrupulously clean. Someone with an eye for design was involved in the renovation because although the apartment is not large, everything is precisely and thoughtfully located, every inch is used well and the materials are all high quality. There is a small living room/kitchen with a small breakfast bar (in our apartment anyhow-the layout may be different in the others) and a chaise longue/narrow sofa. The kitchen corner includes a 2 hob induction, fridge, small dishwasher, pots and pans, the usual crockery for 2 people. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed, a small desk and a large sliderobe-type wardrobe with plenty of space & drawers. The bathroom is small but modern and includes a dinky little washing machine and a shower with Turkish bath/steam feature. Breakfast in the communal breakfast room was included with cereals, several sweet and savoury options, homemade jams and sometimes a homemade cake. The large automatic coffee machine is impressive and there is a small Nespresso machine for coffee during the afternoon together with some sweet treats. The charming and kind host was always unobtrusively on hand with her family and they were focused on ensuring their guests were comfortable. It made for a very hospitable and relaxed environment. Even parking the car was no stress with parking readily available, as opposed to searching for parking in downtown locations with draconian parking times and fees. Our stay was very relaxing and we hope to return. The location is good outside town in a suburb and not too far from the Dolomites or the vineyards of the area. Belluno lies in the foothills of the Dolomites and has a rustic Alpine vibe. Certainly at this time of year the heat was a refreshing few degrees cooler than on the plains.
