Used condom in bathroom bin , dirty linen had to go BUY full linen don’t even think the bed was made , no cutlery only knives had to buy forks teaspoons and coffee cups , water in shower was not flowing as drain was clogged with hair which we had to clean DISGUSTING, owner cud not get anyone to come clean it , oven was disgusting , dirty oven dish , dirty door , dirty tray . wet marks all over the walls , only one bedside lamp working as no plug point on other side , no bathroom shelving not in the shower either , one small Mirror with a broken back had to prop up on a cushion to see myself , no chair in the bedroom , passage light kept coming on even when u turned in the bed ,

Brighouse is a lovely area. That's it.

The property. Mould, damp, leaking, windows broken and letting in the cold. It was -3 last night and snowing. Landlord ignored calls from myself and my friend who tried to help. Ended up leaving the property and getting somewhere else. It's a self check in and I'm not surprised as landlord wouldn't want to be there whilst you witnessed the mess it was in. Pictures make it look lovely. But in reality it's nothing like the pictures and one of the other residents left mucky underwear around the property and it smelt of cannabis. Another example of a landlord who's happy to take your money and then disappear into the abyss. Well I took pictures of the property and will be posting them on every site I can find this property on so nobody else has to deal with this

The room was large, and the beds were extremely comfy and a nice central location for Brighouse!

I couldn't work out how to turn the radiators on in the bedroom, only 2 towels provided for 3 people and I didn't know the property was above a cocktail bar that had loud music until about 130am so couldn't get to sleep

The property was not very clean, kitchen very dirty
