Huuuuge flat, in the heart of the city. Between the train station snd the old city. On the commercial street, full of shops. 8th floor, its silent, huge balcony. 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room with 2 big couches. The space is nice and at the same time looks very empty because its huge.

That it looks empty. But no big problem.

Very sizeable apartment, quiet, nice large terrace, good location. Large TV in main room. Apartment has potential if it gets renovated.

The kitchen is poorly stocked - ie 10 coffee cups, 10 espresso cups, but not a single wine glass, few utensils and pots/ pans, etc. Sofas were stained, wooden floors had water-damaged areas as well as some boards popping out, one of the toilet seats was broken and lots of stains. The apartments looks like its 25% through a renovation - will be really nice if it's ever finished.

Large accommodation and close to everything (station-old town-etc)

It's really convenient for go to anywhere you want.

It’s not noisy at night but it’s in the middle of the city. There are many restaurants around here. I have to say the location of the property is perfect 👍
