Beautiful property and lovely location. Exceptionally clean and the welcome food pack of bread, milk, jam and biscuits was much appreciated.

Property was lovely, and comfortable. Peaceful area with easy access to restaurants and markets.

We absolutely loved the location. It’s in a beautiful pastoral setting, but also within a few minutes drive of serval towns, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and had been furnished to a high standard. The host, Craig, was very friendly and gave us several day trips suggestions. It was nice having Netflix and Prime for those evenings when we wanted to stay tucked in. All in all, it was a great stay!

Fabulous, well appointed flat in an excellent quiet location. Kitchenette, bedroom and bath were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure great. Perfect location between Glasgow and Edinburgh that were easily reached by rail from the small station at Bridge of Allan (3min by car). Adorable wooly neighbors were the icing on the cake! 10/10

We loved the remote setting and the independence

The washing machine /dryer was initially not operational. Craig rapidly assisted in rectifying the issue but the machine itself was very harsh on our clothes.

Great little holiday annexe near Bridge of Allen. Nice & peaceful location plenty of quiet country walks on the doorstep with the dog, recommend by the owners. The little extras were a lovely welcome tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter biscuits & a jar of beautiful homemade marmalade. Bathroom well stocked. Home from home. Highly recommend. We will return.
