היתרונות הבולטים הם המיקום המרכזי והנוח, וכן גודל הדירה: מדובר בדירה מרווחת יחסית. בדירה יש גם ממ״ד ובבניין מעלית, מה שמקל על השהות. בנוסף, המחיר היה משתלם למדי ביחס למיקום ולגודל הדירה.

היו מספר נקודות שפגעו בחוויה הכוללת: רמת הניקיון בעת ההגעה הייתה נמוכה מאוד, לא היה אינטרנט בדירה ואין חניה זמינה לנכס. בנוסף, במהלך השהות המזגן הפסיק לעבוד, וכשפתחנו חלון כדי לאוורר נכנסו לדירה יתושים רבים. כמו כן, ציר דלת הממ״ד היה חסר, החדר השני היה פחות נוח לשהייה, והתאורה בחדרי השינה ריצדה לעיתים.

ללא ארוחת בוקר

החדר שלנו היה רועש ממנוע שפעל מחוץ לחדר. נקי במידה סבירה. החלונות לא נקיים. האבזור בדירה מאוד פשוט. המטבח מאובזר בכיריים, קומקום, מקרוגל, טוסטר אובן ומקרר ממש כייף! יש גם כלים אנחנו לא השתמשנו מטעמי כשרות. אציין שהיתה תקלה בדוד חשמל והיא טופלה תוך זמן קצר יחסית. בסך הכל - בתמורה למחיר ששילמנו קיבלנו דיל מצוין.
