Das Zimmer war feucht. Bei der Luftfeuchtigkeit hatten wir das erwartet.. was wir nicht erwartet haben war der Schimmel an den Wänden, auf der Matratze, den Kopfkissen und auf den Gegenständen. Außerdem war das Bad extrem schmutzig und auch das gesamte Haus wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und einfach nur dreckig. Diese Unterkunft ist eher gesundheitsschädlich als zu empfehlen.

We selected this place after watching a YouTube video about Nuwara Eliya and chose our budget as the only sleeping place. , planning to only stay the night and travel around during the day. First of all the view is absolutely fine. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. When we arrived, a cat vomited near the entrance and staircase—not a big issue for us as animal lovers—but things got worse. Inside our room, we discovered cat feces on the floor. It was very unhygienic and unacceptable. We requested a room change, and the host provided two more rooms upstairs. One room couldn’t be locked due to a damaged door, so we moved to the other. Still, the problems continued: No tea-making facilities or even hot water for drinking, which is essential in cold Nuwara Eliya. Bedsheets were visibly dirty and stained from previous use. No duvets were provided; we had to sleep in the cold with minimal bedding. The bathroom was not properly cleaned or maintained. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had with a Booking.com property. We planned a 2-day trip but ended it after just one night and returned to Colombo. Not recommended unless serious improvements are made.. No tea making items, No Duvet covers for bed Bathroom was messy Not properly maintained

The host was very helpful and always available to help. The bed was the best part as it was very comfortable.

The staff is super cute and helpful
