Было чисто, полотенца постельное все было, микроволновка, стиральная машина, рядом магазины продуктовые. Оставались на одну ночь. Хозяин сразу отвечает, забронировали квартиру, через 20 минут уже заселились. Хорошая цена. Первый этаж.

Apartamentul este ok de banii care i-am dat adică 150 lei /noapte!

După plecare,am fost contactata de proprietate sa ma pună la plata de 500 de lei ,pentru canapea care susținea ca i-am stricat-o ,ca i- am furat prosoape ,pernuțele de la scaune ...etc,dezamăgitor ca nu am gasit curat ,dar pentru costul de 150 de lei pe noapte,am zis sa trec cu vederea faptul ca nu era curat,plus ca a fost foarte frig peste noapte!

"Apartamente confortabile și frumoase"

Apartamente foarte frumoase. La sosire era curat: în bucătărie, în living, în baie, în dormitor, peste tot. Nu au fost niciun fel de probleme, iar comunicarea cu proprietarul a generat doar emoții plăcute. Recomand!

"Schlechteste Erfahrung die ich je hatte."

Der Vermieter regelt die Heizung per Fernbedienung und kontrolliert die Raumtemperatur. Im Winter ist die Wohnung sehr kalt, zudem ist sie schlecht isoliert. Bei Außentemperaturen von etwa –5 °C wurde mir ausdrücklich mit Kündigung gedroht, falls ich die Temperatur über 22,5 °C erhöhe. Zusätzlich ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei Einzug deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt eine sehr unangenehme Wohnsituation – ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.
