La villa es preciosa, aunque con algunas pegas

La limpieza dejó mucho que desear. Baño sucio y terraza llena de hojas. El chico que lo lleva dijo de barrer el segundo día de nuestra estancia sin nosotros habernos quejado, él mismo lo vio. Nos trajo el desayuno 1h tarde el primer día, pero por lo demás estuvo muy atento. Sé que no es culpa de ellos, pero la piscina estaba helada. Estuvimos en varias cascadas naturales y un montón de piscinas, playas…y en ningún lado hemos tenido un agua tan fría. No pudimos utilizar la piscina que era lo que nos trajo a esta villa. En general bastante decepcionante…

Servicio y trato excepcional, muy serviciales nos ayudaron con todo. La villa estaba limpia, y las instalaciones cuidadas, con todas las facilidades. Un lugar idóneo para tranquilidad y muy cerca de Jatiluwih. Perfecto para visitar la zona oeste de Bali.

No es que no me gustara, a tener en cuenta que el último tramo de la carretera hasta el hotel es de gravilla, y muy empinada. Algunos taxis la veían complicada.

The villa got a really nice view, a nice staff, the bed and pillows are super comfortable.

For this price, its a bit much considering few things: - breakfast is very mediocre. They should work together with better cafe to provide breakfast. - we mostly stay whole day at the villa, it was super noisy from someone cutting some trees with chainsaw. - wifi and 4G signal are suck, so its not suitable if you wanna do workation. - the bathroom lack of privacy. A guest from next door was accidentally seeing me showering because the wall is not covered well from the path outside. You can see into the bathroom clearly. - the tap and the sink need some fix because the sink is clogged and the tap is about to falling apart and water didn’t come out well.

Magnifique villa Isolée. Vue superbe de la chambre ( baies vitrées) Livraison des repas (sur demande la veille) On ne peut qu’y être bien.

Piscine non chauffée. Eau fraîche au mois de mai🥲

Everything was perfect, we were amazed by the room and the pool. You can order food at the resort, local dishes are reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Easy to access, friendly staff, beautiful Villa and location. We could watch kingfishers swooping into the water to catch some fish, it was lovely. Everything worked as it should, nice shower and the pool was lovely. Highly recommended.

The only comment we have is that the staff asked to clear the breakfast plates at 11:20am when we were checking out anyway at 12noon. Not a problem, but would have been nice to be left along until check-out time. It would also be nice to be able to access the rice fields directly from the Villa instead of having to walk back to the front, but again this is a minor detail.

رطوبه بالغرفه و الحشرات و الزواحف و الخصوصيه سيئة خصوصا منطقه الحمام مفتوح اللي بيقف عند مدخل الفله بيشوف اللي بالحمام لانه البناء بمستوى الشخص المفروض مقفل

Es ist eine Traum Location. Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Morgens wird einem frühstück gebracht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist ruhig und wunderschön.

Dadurch das man in der Natur ist gibt es entsprechend viele Tiere und die Armeisen waren überall. Unsere Dusche hat uns wärmetechnisch und Wasser mäßig im stich gelassen (das wird aber wohl repariert).
