KVC Apartamento Privado Aguadilla

It started with the host charging us more than the website said and double charging the taxes. She took advantage of us, saying that if we weren't paying that, then we could not book. The price was almost 200 dollars for one night when the apartment was suspicious and disgusting. It smelled like sewage, the outside looked bad, and the bedsheets were so dirty that the guest had to sleep on a towel on top of them. The location in Booking.com was incorrect, and I had no indication of what it looked outside, so I had no idea which place it was. When we finally found it, we were told by the neighbor to move the car (they think they own the road). The locks were so strange that it was hard to know how to unlock and lock it. At night, someone put a trash can in the middle of the road to get to the apartment (there are only about 5 houses in the road, and so they think they own the road). The host also writes all messages all in CAPS and told us, after we booked the one night, that there was a better deal for the whole weekend. Worst experience I've ever had on a place like this and they definitely don't know how to treat guests.
