"A special place to stay"

We stayed in the main house and loved room 5. If you want to look at the stars you just need to walk outside a bit and the spectacular sky is all there. The walks are very well marked with proper paths. Such amazing views, and the view from the ‘viewpoint’ is 360 and quite superb. Spending time watching the oryx was a joy. We would love to return and hope to do so in the flower season.

"Exceptional"

Even though the Namaqua isn't currently in bloom, this is a special place. The atmosphere of bygone eras has been lovingly preserved. The staff was exceptionally friendly!

"Disappointing, no sign of a manager and no one available e to fix the hot water until after we left ."

Calm peaceful location

We had no hot water and the staff made no effort to fix the problem so we were unable to wash . No apology was offered
