It’s a small thing but one of my favourite things; the kitchen exit has the height of kids as they grow up. Also I loved the fire place and the fact each room has a shower/esuite.

Nothing! You can’t get WiFi in some rooms, but who needs WiFi in such a beautiful place!

The location, beds, furniture and comfort overall were fantastic. Great location. Very private, which was great as we were a group of guys and were fairly loud.

The GPS location from booking.com takes you to another resort up the road. The lodge has no clear markings that are visible from the road. The driveway is barely noticeable. You literally blink and miss it. And the owner is non responsive. We could not get hold of the owner via the app or phone. We checked in on a Friday and out on Sunday. I still have not heard back from the owner even though I said that we could not find the place. There is an on site care taker, but her details were not shared with us.
