La posizione e' comoda.

L' immobile necessita all' esterno di ristrutturazione. La scala ripida, scalini di grandi dimensioni. Non c' e' ascensore. In bagno il rotolo della cartaigienica non era stato sostituito con uno nuovo. Il forno microonde era sporco. Le pareti di casa in alcuni tratti graffiate o sporche.

Struttura impeccabile al centro di palermo , a pochi passi davvero di tutto! Struttura pulita ,il proprietario andrea molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione , mi ha pure dato molto consigli utili su come muovermi e dove a andare a mangiare, io non posso fare altro che consigliare questo appartamento ! Ritornerò senz’altro , complimenti andrea per tutto continua con questa passione e determinazione .. ti sei fatto un amico catanese Seby

tutto molto bello, appartamento grande, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli, bagno pulito e doccia abbastanza grande, ottima posizione dietro il teatro Politeama, lo consiglio

forse il parcheggio un po difficile da trovare e le scale un po ripide ma nulla di complicato

Very good location. Close to city centre and everything you need. Modern and cool interior design. Spacious. Very good communication with the owner👌

No elevator and narrow stairs. The kitchen interior could use some upgrading. Not for looks but broken drawers.

It was spacious

There was no coffee maker as advertised, the apartment should have been cleaned better, it took forever for the hot water to run, the walls were scuffed, the furniture arrangements were poorly executed, the there was only two mismatched drinking cups, the closets were a dirty and a mess that had to be rearranged, one kitchen cupboard was broken and the others did not work well and the owner/property manager sluggish to respond and curt. I will not be surprised for the owner to push the blame for the apartment’s failures on to me or make excuses - just read some of the more critical reviews to see his responses. Finally, the surrounding area is a little dilapidated but within a five minute walk there are very nice areas.

Very nice appartment. Very modern. Excellent and quite location few minutes away the theatres, shopping centers and historical venues.
