Yuwon Hotel

Good location and service. English speaking staff. It was a big room with all the facilities.

It was not like what I saw on the website. I made reservation with two queen size beds but they gave us a single bed. Additionally, the room was very dark and poorly lit, the towels were dirty and very old. I tried to contact Expedia but when I was chatting with Expedia’s virtual assistant, the communication was cut off. I want a full refund for this terrible experience.

Kind receptionists, big room, very comfortable bed. there is a global ATM in the bank near to the hotel as well the bus and metro station. Many convenience stores and good restaurants.

Very old furniture, really need to re-do the whole bathroom! Bad hygiene in the shower and water tap (extreme limescale!) and the door seal silicone was yellow and black and came off very easy. Ventilation system is covered in dust.

Nice location close to Nambu Bus Station.

My window did not close. I was unable to prevent noise from outside in my room. There is also no sound insulation in the hotel whatsoever. I could hear every word and step from the neighboring room, also pretty much any noise from the floor like elevator noises etc.

Nothing, just some old stuff

The hotel was very close to the bus terminal, maybe a 10 minute walk. Also there were a few convenience stores around so you could pick yup a few things to make your stay more comfortable! There were places to eat that were also in walking distance as well!

The hotels is a bit aged, it is showing some wear and tear! The room had some minor things that need to be fixed. Also the layout is a bit odd. While the room is comfortable, the bathroom is a bit weird is it's location of the sink, toilet and shower facilities.
