LVVery spacious and lovely apartement, two separate bed rooms and a living room with sleeping sofa, easily would be possible for six people to sleep. Kitchen with everything needed is available, very welcoming hosts! Good parking and in 10min walking distance from old city, easy check in/out!

SIThe appartment was clean and comfortable , walking distance to city center. It has a private parking lot.
At the beginning of our stay it was little cold but got warmer later on.
USUSSilvia and her husband were very friendly and helpful. From parking to entering the apartment, they welcomed us warmly, provided us with a lot of local information, and patiently answered our questions. The building is in a great location close to the town centre and has free parking in the backyard, which is accessed via a gate at the side. The apartment is also very clean and equipped with everything we need. We really enjoy our stay there!
GBWe loved our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and had great facilities, pretty much everything we needed for a short stay in Modena. The host was excellent. They were easy to get hold of, communicated well and provide great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions and facilities. The location is great, a short walk from the city centre and with a great patisserie around the corner for breakfast!
