Shaan was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved their room - 103. It was a two tier room. It was very close to the main Biennale venues. It was quiet and there was no road noise. No mosquitoes either.

The plug points in our room were hard to find. It was between the wardrobe and the wall. We also couldn’t figure out the geyser. We turned on all the power amp switches and waited. Hot water never came

The breakfast was very good and you didn't leave hungry wanting more.Place was clean and nearby to visiting sights with tuk tuks also available 2 take you further afield. Shaan was an amazing host, very helpful and made you feel relaxed which is what a holiday is about.Shaan suggested where to go and how to get there without being pushy.Kept me calm with flight plans when moving on

"Coup de cœur pour cet hôtel de charme à Fort Kochi !"

L'accueil de Shaan est adorable, il est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes et on se sent comme chez l'habitant. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et change tous les jours, les chambres sont propres et confortables et l'hôtel est très bien situé et à proximité de toutes les visites à faire à pied à Fort Kochi. Un séjour incroyable et un hôtel que je recommande à 100% !

The hotel is very clean, near of the taxi, the métro bus and tuk tuk. The breakfast is really good . I recommand.
