Spacious and economical

Super worn out,dirty, old and needs some renovation. Electricity is a joke, half of the electrical socks do not work, hot water stops frequently and it needs 3 min to start back.

The location is the highlight of the place .the comunication was good and present . The place is quite big but not really that tidy.it has AC and other modest kitchen amenties even we didnt use them. For the price you pay , The owner can also invest in a new mattres and some decent sheets.

The host was not helpful at all. We were without hot water for 4 days. One of the beds was not comfortable to sleep in. The location of the apartment is not good, I would not recommend it for a group of girls.

God beliggenhed og terrassen var super med eftermiddagssol. God plads i lejligheden, når man kun var to.

Der var ikke gjort så godt rent, og generelt var lejligheden ikke i så god stand, badeværelset havde en mærkelig lugt. Det larmede en del fra gaden om aftenen/natten. Vores håndklæder lugtede surt, men vi fik dem byttet til nye uden problemer!

Łazienka do kompleksowego remontu, kabina prysznicowa zagrzybiała, brak drzwi, zatkane odpływy w całym mieszkaniu, wszędzie cieknie woda. Nie polecamy pobytu. Widok z tarasu jak na fawele, okolica nieciekawa, bardzo głośno pomimo zamkniętych okien.

Excellent location: halfway between the railway station and the old town. There are some supermarkets in walking distance. The flat itself is very spacious with a big balcony. Generally, it was clean and there were enough towels and blankets. It a good base to discover Bari and the neighboring towns in Puglia.

The bathroom and especially the shower has not been cleaned for a while. You could see calcar in the shower and tiles, and mold in the ceiling. There was sewage smell in the bathroom. The description said that there is washing machine in the apartment, but in fact, there wasn't. It should be corrected as it is misleading for those who plan to wash their clothes during their stay. There was no dishwashing liquid either for hand dishwashing or for the dishwasher.

Намира се на удобна локация, на пешеходно разстояние от гара Bari Centrale, центъра и дори стария град, всичко на 10-15 мин разходка. Апартамента е на първия етаж, много просторен, с две тераси - една малка към улицата, другата доста голяма, но гледа към вътрешно пространство между сградите. Всички помещения са отделни стаи, има много място за багаж, а в кухнята всякаква посуда и кафе, въпреки че ние не сме ползвали нищо.

Още при настаняването забелязахме липса на тоалетни принадлежности, които ги има на снимките и пише, че са включени, но нямаше дори сапун за ръце, а само празен дозатор. Като попитахме собственика получихме отговор “Сапуна е на мивката, другото не е там.” Душа е много зле и има нужда от ремонт, супер тесен и с половин параван/половин завеса, водата се излива на пода, а един път даже спря топлата вода. Първата вечер с махането на завивките изпълзя някаква голяма бяла буболечка, чаршафите имаха неприятна миризма, а възглавниците са супер неудобни. Хигиената като цяло липсва. Вечер е много шумно от улицата, а за тежката миризма на индийска кухня от партера не искам и да се сещам, блъска те във входа и си я носиш нагоре с теб. Банята също миришеше на канал 2 от дните. Последната сутрин някой дойде в 9:20 да ни звъни на вратата при уговорка за напускане в 10:00. Не разбирам хората дали оценка над 5 камо ли 10.
